• Complete lesion

  • LMN signs in whole arm

  • Sensory loss in whole limb

  • May has Horner’s syndrome

• C5/C6 lesion (upper trunk, Erb-Duchenne)

  • ‘Waiter tip’ - kind of hand held backwards

  • Loss of shoulder movements and elbow flexion

  • Sensory loss over C5/C6

• Lower trunk (C8/T1)

  • Claw hand of all muscles

  • Sensory loss over C8/T1

  • Possible Horner’s
